*Official stock; the manufacturer provides a two-year local warranty in Hong Kong. Warranty applies only when installed by the manufacturer's technician. It includes on-site repairs in the first year and parts-only coverage in the second year. An on-site inspection fee applies in the second year. Lithium batteries have a six-month warranty; two are supplied with the lock. Additional batteries cost HK$300 each and must be purchased together with the lock.
