Warranty Terms (Applicable to new units)
Please provide your purchase receipt and warranty card when requesting warranty service.
All products sold by the agent come with a 2-year limited product warranty (calculated from the date of the sales invoice).
For smart locks installed by authorized technicians or service providers, the first year of on-site maintenance includes free labor and parts. From the second year onwards, an on-site service fee of HK$400 and applicable parts costs will be charged at our discretion. (Additional surcharges apply for remote areas.)
If the lock is not installed by an authorized agent, a HK$400 on-site inspection fee plus parts costs will be charged for each visit within the 2-year warranty period.
Installation Service
Service is provided by our certified professional installers, including the removal of the old lock, installation of the new lock, and standard testing. Our customer service team will contact you within three working days after your order is submitted to verify details and arrange the installation. Please book your installation at least ten working days in advance. Additional fees apply for extra installation accessories.
Remote Area Surcharge (Mid-Levels, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Tung Chung, Village Houses, or locations beyond a 15-minute walk from an MTR station): $200
Outlying Islands: Service not available
Staircase Fee (starting from the first floor): $50 per floor
Changes or cancellations to installation must be notified 2 working days in advance, otherwise additional fees will apply:
No prior notice: $400 administrative fee
Installation impossible after installer arrival: $400 on-site fee
The following fees are to be paid to the installer on-site:
Extended strike plate for old doors: $150
Cover plate: $300
100mm stainless steel backset cover plate: $400
Double door (French door) installation fee + strike plate: $300
