Warranty Terms (Applicable to New Units)
Please provide your purchase receipt and warranty card when requesting maintenance services.
All products sold by the authorized distributor come with a 2-year limited product warranty (calculated from the date of the sales invoice).
For smart door locks installed by authorized technicians or service providers, enjoy a free on-site maintenance service for the first year, covering both labor and parts costs. For the second year, an on-site service fee of HK$400 and partial parts costs will be charged at the discretion of the company. (Surcharges apply for remote areas.)
If the lock was not installed by the authorized distributor, an on-site inspection fee of HK$400 per visit plus parts costs will be charged during the 2-year warranty period.
Installation Service
Service provided by our certified professional installers, including removal of the old lock, installation of the new lock, and standard testing. Our customer service team will contact you within three business days after you submit your order to verify details and arrange the installation. Installation must be scheduled at least ten business days in advance. Additional fees apply for any extra installation accessories.
Remote Area Fee (Mid-Levels, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Tung Chung, village houses, and locations beyond a 15-minute walk from MTR stations): $200
Outlying Islands: Service not available
Staircase Fee (starting from the first floor) per floor: $50
Changes or cancellations to installation must be notified 2 business days in advance, otherwise additional fees will apply:
No prior notice: $400 administrative fee
Unable to install after technician arrives: $400 on-site fee

Extended strike plate for old doors: $150
Filler plate: $300
100mm stainless steel strike plate: $400
Installation fee for double-leaf doors (including strike plate): $300
