Schneider Charge Basic Installation Service | Product Information
Scope of Basic Installation Service
* Dedicated online consultation service
* Installation by certified electricians
* Issuance of Certificate of Completion upon finishing
* Supply and installation of 2M (6mm) cable from the isolator switch to the EV charger (isolator switch to be provided by the end-user)
Under normal circumstances, on-site installation service will be arranged within 2-3 weeks upon request (installation works initiated by the end-user must obtain prior consent from the property management office). In extreme weather conditions, installation arrangements may be extended and rescheduled. Installation service should be scheduled and completed within 6 months from the date of the sales invoice.
Notes
1. If additional installation services are required, details will be quoted separately based on the actual on-site conditions.
2. Rescheduling the installation date or time (if failure to notify at least two working days in advance): $500.
3. Remote area surcharges: (I): Tung Chung/Sunny Bay/Park Island/Ma Wan HK$200; (II): Discovery Bay/Peng Chau/Cheung Chau/Lamma Island/Pui O/Penny's Bay/Sha Tau Kok (restricted area) HK$300; (III): Mui Wo/Tai O/Ngong Ping/Sea Crest Villa/Shek Kwu Chau/Hei Ling Chau/Sunshine Island/Tung Lung Chau HK$400.
